The cuisine at Loro is supervised by the brand chef Glen Ballis who was born in Australia and spent many years in Southeast Asia. He opened three restaurants in Singapore (Moosehead Kitchen-Bar, Maggie Joan’s, Gemmills) and after that spent a couple of years in London.

Today he lives in Moscow where he manages cuisines at a number of well known restaurants including Loro.

The steaks section includes florentine steak also known as Bistecca alla Fiorentina as well as a more traditional Rib Eye. The pasta section has Tagliatelle, meatballs and tomatoes, Porcini risotto with truffle and other interesting options.

The desert menu has all Italian classics like Tiramisu, Pistachio ice cream and Crème Brûlée.
